Guest Chef Abhuday Bharti


Delhi born Abhuday Bharti is a chef with over 13 years’ experience, beginning his career in India with a 4 year degree in Hospitality Management. He moved to Scotland to study French technique at the 3 star Darroch Learg under David Mutter. He then worked up to Sous Chef under Raymond Blanc at Brasserie Blanc as well as Head Chef at the Coniston Hotel, Sittingbourne.

For this demonstration Abhuday is teaming up with Lowland Brewing, Lockerbie’s only microbrewery to showcase how this amazing local beer can be used in exceptional cookery.
