Do you have that certain someone in your life who needs a little encouragement to get in the kitchen and learn the basics? This class is for them. Covering basic knife skills, cooking techniques and how to balance flavour Nick will guide and inspire even the first time cook. And at the end of the day we all sit down for a well-deserved meal. This class covers how to make fish goujons and dressed salad as a starter, a real bechamel sauce for a pasta timbale and finish with a lovely lemon posset. Plenty to take home to the family as well!

All utensils and ingredients are provided. We provide Station House Cookery School aprons for students to use– and if you really like them, they are available to purchase on the day.
