Dinner Party? No Problem!

Do you have a dinner party coming up that you could do with some fresh ideas for? Then don’t worry. In this Half Day Class Nick will guide you through 3 courses to amaze and delight your guests while you still enjoy the evening. On the menu are Goat’s Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Tartlets, Chicken Wellington with seasonal accompaniments and refreshing sorbets for dessert. It’s time to party!
You will be invited to sit down and enjoy your efforts in our modern and comfortable demonstration room. There is plenty of food to take away with you so feel free to bring your own containers with you.
All recipes are subject to availability of ingredients.
All utensils and ingredients are provided. We provide Station House Cookery School aprons for students to use– and if you really like them, they are available to purchase on the day.
