Welcome to the wonderful world of Indian Cookery. More specifically celebration dishes for Divali!
Nick will take you through how to keep, blend, roast and grind your own spices and then use them in a variety of celebration dishes. On the menu for this amazing cookery demonstration are a selection of dishes from ITV’s Parveen Ashraf who visited Station House this summer. A delicious Lamb Bhuna, Celebration Pilau Rice, Tarka Daal and an amazing Mango Mess!
