This full day class is filled with practical advice and delicious recipes. Learn how to deal with a flat and a round fish from beginning to fillet. Then cook your fish in a variety of different ways producing delicious results. Our fish cookery courses are always popular. You will leave Station House with new skills and full of ideas on how to make the most of fish in your own kitchen.
You will be invited to sit down and enjoy your efforts in our modern and comfortable demonstration room. There is plenty of food to take away with you so feel free to bring your own containers with you.
All recipes are subject to availability of ingredients.
All utensils and ingredients are provided. We provide Station House Cookery School aprons for students to use– and if you really like them, they are available to purchase on the day.
