Thursday 12th September || 10:00-17:00
In this full day class you are taught how to roast and blend your own spices and then use them in a variety of different Indian dishes. The day begins in the Cookery School Demonstration Room where you will have all of the day’s dishes demonstrated and all the tricks, tips and techniques to make mouth watering Indian cuisine.
Then it’s into the kitchens where you recreate what you have seen with your tutor. The day finishes off with a sit down meal with your fellow students or to enjoy with your family and friends as a takeaway. What a fantastic day!
All utensils, aprons and ingredients are provided.
