Italian Cookery – Demo

Nick will prepare three Beautiful Italian Courses for you. He will begin by showing you how to make some homemade Gnocchi with a roasted red pepper and tomato sauce. Then slow braised lamb shanks with marinated courgettes. Finishing off with a beautifully zingy almond and polenta cake. What are you waiting for?
At the end of the demonstration you will be invited to try all the dishes Nick has prepared.
