The Dough: We do a 24 hour ferment on our homemade pizza dough to get every bit of flavour possible. We use only the best Italian flour and do everything by hand. Just like Nonna!
The Sauce: Our authentic Italian Tomato sauce is straight from the pages of the great Marcella Hazan. Slow cooked and rich in flavour, the perfect base for your perfect pizza.
