By booking on any of our courses you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. You must be 16 years or over to attend an adult class. br>
Station House factsheets, ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment and aprons are provided for all courses. Souvenir aprons are available for sale. Some meals are included in the course cost or as a post class ‘takeaway’. Please see appropriate course details for further information. Station House may make amendments to advertised course content and recipes due to availability.
What’s not included:
Prices do not include accommodation. However, we are happy to offer a selection of recommendations. The final choice is however yours and Station House can take no responsibility for the accommodation.
We make every effort to describe the content and skill level of each class. If you are unsure, please phone us so we can help ascertain your level of experience before booking. Station House can not be held responsible if you feel the class was higher or lower than your skill set. Please call us on 07484 915709 if you are in doubt.
Health & Safety:
All students should wear comfortable shoes with flat, non-slip soles and covered toes. We recommend wearing sensible and comfortable clothing. Station House is not liable for any damage that occurs to clothing. Long hair must be tied back in the kitchen. All course participants will receive a short briefing on health and safety before commencing the class. All students are sent a risk assessment for the class. Signing up for the class is an acknowledgment that you have read and understood the Health and Safety Risk Assessment.
Special dietary requirements, food allergies & illness:
We are unable to tailor our course content for special dietary requirements unless specifically stated on the class content. However, we will be happy to discuss course content beforehand to allow you to make your own alternative arrangements if possible. There is no reduction in fee in this instance. Please inform us in advance of any factors which may affect your ability to take a full part in the class. For example, allergies, disabilities, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, learning difficulties etc.
All payments should be made in full at the time of booking for the Cookery Class. We do not take provisional bookings and cannot confirm your place on a class until we receive full payment.

We accept also Mastercard/Visa Credit Cards.
A Class can always be transferred to another person of appropriate age. Once a class is paid for and confirmed it is subject to our cancellation policy.

Station House expects all students to behave in a respectful manner towards tutors and fellow students. If the School considers that you have behaved in an unacceptable manner or are a health and safety risk, Station House will be entitled to exclude you from the class you are currently on or booked in the future.
Cookery Courses & Gift Vouchers:
Upon successful completion of an order with us you will receive confirmation of your order by email to your nominated email address. If you have requested a postal gift voucher we aim to send these out by Royal Mail first class post on the next business day. Please note that Royal Mail delivery services are outside of our control, and we can take no responsibility for delays in their service such as strikes, extreme weather etc.
Station House will not accept responsibility for the loss of any personal possessions. We recommend that students do not bring high value items to the school. Station House will not be liable for any loss suffered by you which is indirect, special or consequential. Station House will not be liable for any loss suffered by you resulting from any event which is beyond the reasonable control of the School.
