Station House Cookery School has teamed up with the multi award winning Crafty Distillery who produce Hills and Harbour Gin.
Your day begins at Station House where Nick will demonstrate how to use Hills and Harbour Gin to best effect in the kitchen. All the ingredients, tricks and techniques to produce a variety of mouth watering dishes which you get to enjoy for your lunch.
Amongst lots more, on the menu is a beautiful Galloway Rabbit dish sourced locally and sustainably.
After a short break, take your taste buds on a tour of the Crafty Distillery to learn the secrets of their process, from how they make their very own spirit, to the botanicals selected to create their unique and vibrant gin. After the tour, you are taken on a guided tasting through 3x perfect serves of their spirits. Enjoy smooth & vibrant Hills & Harbour Gin, fruity Smokey & Citrus Distilled Cocktail and a silky smooth limited edition Galloway Vodka all while enjoying the amazing views over the Galloway hills.

If you are driving and can’t drink alcohol you can enjoy the experience at the reduced rate of £39
If you are booking for someone 12 or under or would like to attend just the Cookery Demonstration and not the Crafty Tour it’s just £29 per person.
