In this full day class you will enjoy a full Cookery Demonstration teaching you all about the techniques to making great cupcakes and summery virgin cocktails. Then get in the kitchens yourself to recreate what you have learned. What you make you take! Delicious.

A selection of fruity summer cocktails. They are non alcoholic but if you bring your favourite bottle of vodka to add to them at the end of the day we won’t tell anyone!

All tuition, factsheets, recipes, ingredients, aprons and utensils are provided and you don’t even have to do the washing up!

If you can bring takeaway boxes with you to try to reduce waste that’s great. If not boxes are provided!
