Melissa Maxwell was a huge success at the Kirkcudbright Food Festival 2019 and we are delighted to be welcoming her back to Station House for this full day class on Mexican Vegetarian Cookery. Dishes will include Baked Enchiladas, Patatas Bravas, Garlic Halloumi Taquitos, Chilli Tortilla Cups and delicious White Chocolate and Cinnamon Churros.

The day begins with Melissa demonstrating all of the dishes in our purpose built demonstration room and then it’s into the kitchens where you recreate everything you have seen. All recipes, factsheets, ingredients and utensils are included. Everything you make, you take!

There will be lots to take away so if you can please bring your own reusable boxes to help the planet. Don’t worry if you can’t, we have some for you.
