In this full day class you will begin by learning how to joint a chicken and then prepare a range of mouth watering International chicken dishes from India, Thailand and North Africa.

Then it's into the kitchens where you recreate what you have seen with your tutor.  The day finishes off with a sit down meal with your fellow students or to enjoy with your family and friends as a takeaway.  What a fantastic day!

All utensils, aprons and ingredients are provided.
