In this class Nick will take you through how to deal with scallops from fresh and then how to cook them to perfection.

After that you are straight in the kitchens yourself to recreate what you have learned. Then you enjoy what you have created! Delicious.

All tuition, factsheets, recipes, ingredients, aprons and utensils are provided and you don’t even have to do the washing up!

If you can bring takeaway boxes with you to try to reduce waste that’s great. If not boxes are provided!
