Making your own cheese is a great way to connect with your food. You have complete control over the quality of ingredients you use and exactly what you put in, or more importantly what you don’t put in your food. And it tastes delicious!

But it can be a bit confusing getting all the right ingredients and knowing which equipment to use.

This pack answer all of that and gives you everything you need to get started or makes a wonderful gift!

The pack includes…

• All recipes and factsheets

• 2 Online YouTube Tutorials for your starter and soft cheese

• Cheese starter culture, vegetarian rennet, pippet and cheesecloth delivered through the post

• A consultation with Nick if requested!

• A Cookery School Certificate.

N.B. You first need to make your cheese starter which is a 24 hour process before you can make your cheese. The starter freezes really well and can produce 20 ‘batches’ of cheese (depending on the size!). Videos and factsheets for both are supplied with the pack.

N.B. You need to supply the milk!
