8 Chicken joints. Thighs on the bone are best!
A medium onion. Chopped.
6 cloves of garlic (or use the garlic powder included)
A ‘thumb’ of fresh ginger (or use the ginger powder included)
A lemon
200 - 250g Plain Yoghurt. About 2 small tubs.
A handful of fresh coriander
For the Tarka Dahl…
A medium onion. Sliced.
