Sandersons of Senwick, not five miles from Station House Cookery School produce some of the finest Shetland Beef in the country. Pasture fed beef which has had a longer more natural life and then hung properly has a deeper more umami rich flavour and a gorgeous mouth feel.
On this day you first enjoy a full Cookery Demonstration teaching you all about what to look for in the perfect steak regarding provenance, cut and cooking. Nick also takes your though a variety of delicious sides to serve with your steak. Then get in the kitchens yourself to recreate what you have learned. What you make you take or enjoy in the school! Delicious.
