Do you know someone who needs a little help with the basics in the kitchen? This is the course for them.

In this one day class Nick takes you through the basics of simple, essential and transferable culinary skills to get you started.

You will enjoy a full Cookery Demonstration teaching you all about the ingredients, flavours and techniques for the beginner cook. Then get in the kitchens yourself to recreate what you have learned. What you make you take! Delicious.

You will also cover how to sensibly shop, store cupboard essentials, equipment and good freezer management.

If you can bring takeaway boxes with you to try to reduce waste that’s great. If not boxes are provided!
