Welcome to wonderful and delicious world of  the Crafty Distillery in Dumfries and Galloway. They make their Hill & Harbour Gin using a base featuring their very own wheat grain spirit alongside a selection of 11 botanicals - the likes of Noble Fir Pine needles and Bladderwrack seaweed, among others. Surprisingly fruity, but well balanced with herbaceous notes making their way to the fore on the palate.

And now you can meet the Award Winning team as they talk you through their amazing gin and make you three delicious Christmas cocktails.  To round it off perfectly the Station House Cookery School Team are presenting a ‘Galloway Platter’ to accompany the delicious drinks.
