Will Gill is the charismatic Head Chef and owner of the Auld Alliance Restaurant in Dumfries and Galloway. He delivered a very successful Cookery Demonstration at the Kirkcudbright Food Festival 2019 and we are thrilled to be welcoming him back to Station House.
