Nick will take you through how to keep, blend, roast and grind your own spices and then use them in a variety of celebration dishes.  On the menu for this amazing cookery demonstration are a selection of dishes from ITV's Parveen Ashraf who visited Station House this summer.  A delicious Lamb Bhuna, Celebration Pilau Rice, Tarka Daal and an amazing Mango Mess!
