This is the Bread Making Class for those who already have some experience in Breadmaking and a basic understanding of the ingredients and techniques. It is the ideal follow up to the ‘Introduction to Breadmaking Part 1’ class.
In this class we focus on longer fermentation and the stretch and fold techniques. We look at different varieties of wheats and of course we delve into the wonderful world of Sour Dough.
