Chicken Dinner is always a winner!

In this full day class you will enjoy a full Cookery Demonstration teaching you firstly all about how to joint a whole chicken from scratch.

Then Nick will show you all the ingredients, flavours and techniques to create a variety of chicken dishes and then get in the kitchens yourself to recreate what you have learned. What you make you take! Delicious.
